Instruction focuses on helping students develop foundational computer skills, including keyboarding, editing text, and navigating digital environments. Students learn to use keyboard commands efficiently, enter and edit information, and interact with accessible software and applications. These skills support use of screen readers, braille notetakers, and other assistive technology tools.​ ​Developing strong computer skills prepares students to access academic content, complete assignments, and use technology independently across school and real-world environments.
