Vision Concerns

A practical overview of common signs that may indicate a vision-related access issue in school, including academic, functional, and behavioral indicators. Includes red flags teachers may notice in class, patterns that are often misunderstood, and quick “is this vision?” checkpoints.

Eligibility Guidelines

A clear explanation of how eligibility for vision services is determined, what teams typically consider, and how to connect evaluation results to educational impact and access needs. Includes eligibility factors, team review, educational impact examples, and how to explain eligibility in team-friendly language. 

Vision Classifications

An easy-to-reference breakdown of vision classifications and what they mean in educational settings, written in plain language for team conversations. Includes common terms and what they actually mean, how classifications may (or may not) connect to classroom needs, and helpful language for reports and meetings.

Medical Vision Professionals
