Recruitment Tips

It can be difficult to locate TVI's and O&M's as the vision field is such a specialized field. Keep in mind there may not be certified TVI's or O&Ms in your area. You may need to attract those who currently live outside your area or even in different states. For that reason, you may want to include information about your area that would attract a prospective candidate. I will work with you to make your job posting stand out by uploading your program logo, pictures or videos of your program. If you would like these added to your posting, you have the option of uploading them now or submitting them to me once I have created your job posting page.
