Just Joking Around
Just Joking Around is a print-on-demand workbook that contains worksheets in print and simulated braille to use for data collection. Each theme topic features 10 theme-related jokes. As a companion to the TVI’s Guide to the ECC, the jokes correspond to the ECC Thematic units presented in the curriculum guide.
The passages are short and can be brailled for students on a traditional Perkins braillewriter or copied and pasted into braille translation software and embossed for the braille reader. The stories are print-on-demand. Each story includes data collection worksheets in print and simulated braille. This allows the instructor to document decoding errors and braille code errors separately.
